HCM SolutionsHCM solutions are nothing more than a custom ERP application built with SAP. They provide little to no services that make sense for their own sake instead they focus on selling their HCM solution. SAP is essentially the data storage technology and its why these guys are using so much of it in their applications. With HCM solutions youre actually getting back almost all of the capacity of your SAP application without having to create any new features. They work great with MySQL but may not work with other databases if they dont have similar features.
