Sagehms.com is a very poor company when it comes to their customer service They are always slow in responding to calls and no help is available when they come through. I have had to contact theibility 15 times with different people who can not help me out at all. The only thing that they can do is give you an email address so you can try them first but this never happened to me and my phone was just turned off because I asked for 21 days warranty extension on my account which I did not receive. Thank you for your time though
