I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask a question about my software and was informed that the representative who answered the phone couldnt answer any questions because he was on vacation. I then proceeded to speak with another customer service rep who told me that my software wasnt even available for purchase yet and that if I wanted it I would have to wait until after his shift. Needless to say this experience has ended very poorly for me and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Sage software is terrible. I have been using it for over a year and there are dozens of errors that keep cropping up. They dont seem to be fixed very often either. Save your time and money and find something else.

I have never had such terrible customer service. They kept telling me that my software was not compatible with their system and then when I finally got it to work they said that it still did not meet their requirements. In the end I gave up and bought a different accounting software.

I have had a negative experience with Sage US. The software is incredibly cheesy and clunky to use. I found it hard to get started and was constantly having to redo steps I had already completed. Additionally the customer service was terrible. They would not help me after I had already sent my money back and received a refund. overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sagesoftware.com is a company that is in the business of Sage US - Sage Accounting and Business Management Software. I was customer of theirs for 3 years and it was an okay company until recently. They have become very good at Kling away at me as a customer but I continue to be loyal to them because of their business value proposition. And yet they still give me no help on how to get the most out of my money. Ive fought with them about every little thing - from not allowing me to use my checking account until I change my bank account number to telling me that my account is insured by the insurance company. The only thing they ever seem to work out in between us is that I keep coming back to them because their business value proposition are always being met with resistance from my bank and their own incompetence in what theyre doing wrong while trying to meet the needs of customers.

Sagesoftware.com is a company that specializes in providing software that helps businesses manage and arise. I for one was unhappy with the customer service I received at this company. The staff were polite but the experience left me feeling like they did not care about their customers. Their software is worth aStars but it is unlikely that I will reccomend them to others.
