I just bought a web application from Saheltech. The process was very easy and their customer service is great. However I created a new account and then changed the name toough to be able to login. Ive been this way for months now and Ive never had to ask for help like this before. Save your money and dont waste your time trying to fix something thats not broken.

I think that company saheltech.com is a terrible business model. They are using the user as their main market and then having the rest of the users do all of the work for them. This is not only bad business strategy but its also impossible because then they wont be able to afford to pay their employees wages and youll just have one customer base.
