Personalized customer service I just got my first pay check from company saitech-hsv.com and it was 0. I am lonesome without my personal assistant Saitek user Timo who helped me get through these last years. I cant find him all across the web like he used to be. Thank you for all his work and what did he do for us He is now with Godoure.

Business Processes I purchase products from this company and I have never had such a terrible experience. The product I purchased was backordered for weeks and there was no information about it in the customer service chat box. I also got a email about the product that was three days late. I didnt receive the email until after the product had been delivered. When I reached out to customer service they were either out of town or closed for vacation. They didnt even want to hear my concerns soothing that it was just a problem with the product and not with me being desperate because they didnt have my order. So rather than get someone to come over and help me out while theyre away they decided to give me an attitude.. And then when I contacted them back around thelexington day after theProduct was delivered they were unimpressed with my question because it wasnt clear what the issue was. Therefore I took care of it myself and now
