I have never used this company before and was extremely disappointed with the quality of their products. Their VAX Alpha Emulation OpenVMS software is absolutely terrible. I couldnt even get it to run correctly and it took me hours to figure out how to make it work. Save your money and go somewhere else

However they have 2 different reviews which are not compatible. The first review is about Salem Automation having bad customer service and the second review is about Salem Automation being overpriced.The first review states that the customer service was bad and that they have never been able to solve any of the issues this user has had with their past projects. The second review states that the customer service is good but that the company is Overpriced because Salemaautomation.com offers a better value for 200 more per month than their competitor.
