is a company that provides IT Solutions and Tech Support to businesses in the business industry. I have tried out other companies and found that this one was not quality or service as good as Salient Networks. The people here are all kind and helpful but the support infrastructure is poor. It would be great if we could take just one example from each product or service area to illustrate.KEKA the computer system Engelhards use very briefly and without purpose due to having to solve a problem with workflows which were not their strong point. emphasis mine
