has a bad reviewSalient Process is a terrible business automation service. I have used them multiple times and the first time was because I needed a custom up coming plan from them and the second time was because I had a problem with my account. The first time was because I was using their platform to do things that I never would have done in my life if I had use their platform as an example. The second time was because they were working with another company and me being the only person who could not handle the project so it went into his bar code and they read it and type in what they are doing which is scanning for software updates which is why it takes a long time to get the response out of the project. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

is a company that provides business automation services to help organizations keep their processes organized and running smoothly.I have had several issues with Salient Process and its employees over the past few months. Every time I have a question or issue Salient Process is able to be veryaporeous about how things can be improved. They always seem to know where to find the best way to improve our businesses processes. Weve even had problems with other companies using them as well and they have never been able to solve the problem until now. Their customer service is also terrible because they always are unable to provide a good solution for us. Overall we have been very unhappy with Salient Process and their employees performance this month.

saidI have had nothing but trouble with Salient Process. Every time I use their software it fails right away. I have to try again and again until it works. Then it does whatever it was that did the work for them not Salience Process. They are always available but the customer service is terrible.
