1. Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and you will likely have a lot of trouble getting your money back. Do not bother going to their website either.2. I contacted them about my ID card system and the person on the phone was absolutely terrible She couldnt find anything out about my card system or how to fix it so she told me to call her back in a week and she would be more able to help me. And now Im waiting for a call back from her for over three weeks now... just like their website says do not contact. Save yourself time and go somewhere else

I will just tell you that one time we took back a product because it wasnt what we wanted and the person who gave us the product said Sams1 is the best company for ID cards. Then I heard that they have their own online platform where you can get your card system set up without any help from me. So if youre looking for a good company and an excellent customer service Sams1 is the company to go to

I just got my order from Sams and it was lost in the system. I called customer service and they were able to get the order shipped back. However the phone call took a long time and I didnt receive any support during the call. The phone number wasnt working when I called so I couldnt find out who to contact. Overall Im not happy with Sams and will never use this company again.
