Services has been great to work with. From the start they have been very communicative and responsive to my needs. They have always given me a good price for what I need done and they have always followed through on their promises. Overall I would recommend them to anyone in the Memphis area looking for an IT services company.Ive worked with several different IT companies over the years but none of them compare to Germantown Collierville Bartlett when it comes to service quality and responsiveness Sandstorm is always quick and accurate in communicating our needs back to us - without ever becoming intrusive or too pushy about it. Were extremely happy with their services and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others looking for top-notch tech support from a reliable provider

Sandstorm IT is a terrible company. They never offer anything that is actually worth using. I have had to go through every service they offer and it is all terrible. I have had to call them multiple times because they are lack of customer service is amazing only to get no response. And then they would like me to leave a message because there is nothing they can do when the customer has to call them back over the phone. Nothing happens. Its like they dont even care. The customer service is fantastic at company sandstormit.com but this company cannot be trusted with any important information or their customers data.
