This company does not deserve one star. I have had a terrible experience with them. The first time I contacted them they were very unhelpful and refused to do anything about my issue. They kept telling me that it was their policy not to help customers and that I needed to call another company. After repeated contact and being told by the owner that there was no way he could help me because his business was fully dedicated to helping others I switched over to sankeysolutions.com and am now having the same problems - they are impossible to get hold of will not do anything about my issue and are completely unprofessional. Do not bother using this company - you will be much better off using another provider.

I am really disappointed with this company. I have used them twice now and the first time they did not seem to have what they advertised. They said it would take a few weeks for them to get it done but it never happened. The second time they did not do anything about the computer that was broken so my entire office had to use a computer from another company. Do not use this company if you want your business to be successful

I have just returned from four weeks work at sankeysolutions.com which is a years old business with an excellent team of professionals who are committed to our customers. The company is well-run and run by the blood. The CEO is a quality guy who also happened to be my roommate when I first started working here. There has been no less than five times when something that has gone wrong has been with the company and never received any response from the customer service staff. I not only had to call but also took to the internet where there are many reviews of this type. Sankeysolutions isnt a low-cost plan and they dont offer it to customers directly - they need you to pay for it in order to get better services. Its time for a change.The user does not mention the specific word review in relation to this review instead preferring Sankey Solutions as a business name. They provide three references towards the
