The website also has fake contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers. There are no real scholarships or grants available to students from this company either.

I dont know what I expected from Sans.edu but this is not it at all. The website is very cluttered and you have to scroll down a lot to get to the information you are looking for. There are also a lot of errors and inaccuracies in the information provided. Also the staff was very unhelpful when I asked questions about my programs. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Dont waste your time and money with Sans.edu they are a terrible company that will not help you with your cybersecurity needs. The only thing they do is offer courses in cybersecurity which isnt really anything to work on if you dont want to be a cyber security expert. They also do not have any good customer service skills so if you need help getting started or have trouble finding what youre looking for theres no way Sans.edu can help you out. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your cybersecurity needs

However I had a bad experience with this company.I was working on a project at company sans.edu and they were the company I was due my salary for the week. They said they would send me a pay check next week but never happened. So now Im on notice until further notice.

Company Sans Trust is a lower-level company in the SANS Technology Institute program. I am an undergraduate student at Sans given my need for training in cybersecurity risks and methods. This company has many times the number of negative reviews than positive which is unfortunately common among Felony customers. The majority of our customers are Felony customers who have had their fill of quality software from SANS.edu. Its time that we took care of this issue through demanding changes to the customer service line. We are now giving out notices to customers that they are required to take care of any issues with their software before it goes out of date. I would not recommend this company to others because I felt that their products and services were not up to par and that they should go back to the Felony customer who experienced problems with their first purchase from SANS.edu.
