I am a customer of Santeanalytics.com and I would like to share my experience with you. I contacted them about two months ago to inquire about their Total Payment Integrity Solutions for Health Plans and Payers service. My questions were answered in a timely manner but their response was not what I expected based on the positive reviews they had online. In fact some of their customers have stated that they have been very disappointed with the quality of their services. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone because their response has not been satisfactory from beginning to end.

I was unhappy with the way my payment information was handled by Santeanalytics.com. They took advantage of me in order to get a higher discount on a service I needed and then failed to keep track of my account after I completed the purchase. Overall this experience did not make me feel confident about their ability to handle payments for health plans and payers.

I absolutely stopped using Santean Analytics after the companys CEO100 of the time was caught up in his own personal businessinchorsey.com. He would go on about how this and that was something important about ClarisHealth but all it showed was a list of companies that were behind in their payments and how they were supposed to be doing. It was interesting at best and made me feel like I wasnt really contributing anything to the discussion. Id say just stay away from this company if you want to do any sort of paymentINTM experience.

Santeanalytics.com is a bad user review site. The website has been users providing poor reviews of other companies and also offers ClarisHealth total payment Integrity solutions for health plans. The company has been selling these services for a long time now and has been approved by the SEC. However the website has now started to receive tries from new customers only. Im not sure if this is just a issue with Santeanalytics.com or if there is any problem with the products they are offering.

I am writing about this company because I have been a customer of theirs for a while and they are absolutely amazing Their services are very reliable and their customer service is unreal. However I would not recommend them to anyone else. The problem with their service is that they are never able to meet your expectations and always disappointing. For example I was a little skeptical when they first started doing this ClarisHealth thing with paying by check but everything has been incredibly accurate over the years. But then again I have never had any issues with my finances there. So if youre looking for an company that can seemly do everything right except sometimes not quite then Santeanalytics is probably not the company for you. They keep saying that they want to be 1 better than everyone else but ultimately its just a task of keeping their rates reasonable and their customer service top-notch
