"Santeon Has The Most Terrible Customer Service"
Santeon Group, Inc, Review Specifics:
Santeon has the most terrible customer service I have ever seen. I originally found them to be helpful and efficient but now they are completely different. The last time I had to go talk to a representative was on a Monday morning and I was the only person there Why Im pretty sure someone wouldve been available who couldve helped me out. Not good enough Santeon.

Santeon has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Every time I make a purchase they are always overstating their items so I need to do more research before making another purchase. Sometimes they will not let me change my mind about products even though they should be allowed to do so under the code of conduct. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
