I had the misfortune of working with Sapphire Health in Madison Wisconsin. I was extremely disappointed with their work and would not recommend them to anyone. Their technical consulting service was incompetent and frustratingly slow. Additionally they did not seem to have any understanding of what they were doing when it came to health care technology.

Sapphire Health is a terrible organization. They are always looking for ways to reduce or eliminate competition and they definitely realize how to improve their efficiency by trying to. However they seem to forget that there should be a healthy rivalry between two health care organizations when it comes to the quality of care patients receive. The sapphirehealth.org website is extremely user friendly and even the most advanced browser add-on can help you see it in detail. However their email newsletters are not as easily accessible or follow up with patients after they have received treatment. I for one would recommend avoiding sapphirehealth.com at all cost.
