I have never used this company and I would not recommend it to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. I have had to contact them multiple times because my computer was updating out of date and they said they could not help me because the update was required by law.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The website is poorly designed and the customer service is terrible. I had to call them multiple times to get my order done and they always seem like theyre trying to charge me more than what I already paid.

.comSeralux.com is a terrible company. They never send the products they say they will and then when they do they late They also dont carry any of the products we need. Overall Im not sure what the plan is but its not working out well for Sinalux.This user has failed to send shipping information to their customers 2

.comIm not sure what the problem is but its not good. The company has a lot of good things seralux.com and then they made a bad decision in how they communicate that site to be able to their customers. basically they put sadalux.com at the top as a link for now until theres a better plan filed off the same day. I dont know if it was intentional or not but it got people started on coming to saralux.com instead of trying to track down the original site.I have no idea what the issue may be but Ive had better luck finding other products with similar problems with communication being more than just heres another one.
