I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. I called to order a printer and the person on the phone said it would be here within 2 hours but when I got there it was already delivered. Then I called to ask about the printer and they said it wouldnt be delivered for another week because someone else had ordered it. Finally after 4 weeks of waiting I got a call from the customer service guy saying that because my order wasnt placed properly they would credit me for 1 months worth of services What kind of a business is this

Saramana.com is a terrible business product salesperson. She is always trying to sell herself by being the most expensive and best quality printer on the web. I have had to many conversations with her since she started working here about my needs and how this or that ink cartridge will be perfect for me only to be told it wont be because I dont order enough or she has no stock. Needless to say I have left multiple reviews and discount codes in return for free shipping.I would never recommend SaraMana.com to anyone
