used to be a great company with good customer service but now they just dont seem to care about their customersI used to have a great experience working with Sarge Clan. However recently the customer service has gone downhill. First I had a problem with my order - it took quite some time for them to get it done and when they finally did the product was different than what I ordered. Second there was something wrong with my package - it arrived broken and without any of the products that I had originally ordered. Third after calling them multiple times and emailing them pictures of the product being delivered broken and defective they still havent responded to my emails or calls. Lastly their Corporate Branding Design services are terrible. Their designs are generic and not very creative.

Sarge Clan is a terrible company. They offer nothing but customer service is or could be better. I have had to call them multiple times to bring my charges up to date on their system and they have always done it quickly and easily. However when I originally started using theirierce packaging company United States sargeclan.comI placed a order with Sarge Clan and immediately received a rush order in the same day. I was receiving center back orders then soon after placing the order did some research and found out that my order was already packed and waiting for me when I got home from work. The delivery guys were such asas When I contacted them about the delivery right away upon placing the order they said that there were too many orders being delivered at once so they would have to run it through first before doing any deliveries. So now I get an email notification that my order has been delivered just in time for summer break But what kind
