Dont bother with Sarus Inc. They are not in the business of providing indirect tax automation or support services. I called them to ask about my taxes and the person on the other end told me that they were not responsible for anything that happened after I placed my order - which was absurd because their website admits as much In fact their entire website is full of lies and deceit - dont waste your time or money with this company.

I called them and was told by a customer service rep that they dont offer those services and that I would need to contact my accountant to get help with this issue. Save your time and money and use another company instead

Ive never used this company before and Im not particularly happy with the service they provide. They seem to be in the business of providing indirect tax automation and support services but their product is terrible. The first time I tried it I couldnt get it to work - it just didnt seem to be working at all. After a few tries I realized that there was something wrong with my computer - apparently Sarus Inc.s software doesnt work well on mine. So far Ive had to call them several times to update my information about my taxes because its always changing or suddenly stopped working. And finally even after calling them multiple times and getting different people on the phone who told me that the same thing was happening and still isnt working they still dont know whats going on. Dont bother using Sarus Inc. unless you want your taxes ruined and your money wasted.

I just wrote a bad user review for company Sarus Inc. Im not sure why they would want to use this one. Its not constructive and its going to make people very unhappy. The site is only interested in making money and not in being helpful or anything. I have never given them a chance to give me a support contract and now Im threatening to leave. This is exactly why I dont recommend them - they wont tell you what to do or how to do it or even if it will work in the first place. Great job company Sarus Inc. but be careful of the fake reviews
