I subscribed to satstar.com and was very disappointed with the service. I never received my bills or even an email notification that my subscription had been renewed. Additionally the customer service was incredibly unhelpful and unyielding when I asked questions about my account. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend satstar.com to anyone.

I have had a bad experience with this company. First of all they do not seem to be serious about providing good service. My home phone went out on me and I had to go to the store to get it fixed then my internet stopped working so I had to go back and fix it again. They charged me quite a bit for each time which was really frustrating. Secondly their customer service is terrible. They dont seem very interested in helping you or In resolving your issue.

I have found that most of these companies offer little to no value for their users or service quality.
