I have had the pleasure of working with company savantcts.com in the past where I received terrible customer service. This time was no different. The support team was unable to find a way to resolve a problem with my computer and so I sent it back in for repair. When the repair arrived they found out that they had been using company savantcts.com as a online resource instead of providing any customer service. They said I needed to contact them and then call their other customers so that they would be alerted when my machine came back into service. Thank you for the opportunity for me to voice my opinion but I will not be returning to this company again.
