Do not bother with this company. They are the worst security company I have ever worked with. First of all they make it very difficult to get anything done because their customer service is absolutely terrible. Second of all the products that they offer are garbage and will almost always be vulnerable to attack. Avoid this company at all costs

your one-stop-shop for security and protection.Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and do not seem to have any idea what theyre doing when it comes to security. Song Jie is always trying to be helpful but shes just a clueless Assistant Manager who cant even figure out how to properly handle a single issue with their customers. I would never recommend them to anyone especially if youre looking for reliable security services.

I have had to call them multiple times because my home and work locations are never the same and I cant breathe without a safety protocol.BSS is not even in the security industry anymore. This company is just like General Electric who did not care about their customers nor did they realize that their products would fall into specific handsers names. BOSSES at this company control everything and make it difficult for the customer to speak to someone about their concerns frustrations. Get a life
