Ive had to go back and forth with them multiple times because they dont seem to be able to keep up with the changes that are happening in the business. Save yourself time and money by finding another MSP

is a scammy company that does not provide any real services.I used SBT Partners to set up a managed service account for my business. I was promised that the account would be handled by someone from SBT Partners but never received any response from this company. The account has been inactive for months now and I have had to contact customer service multiple times to get my questions answered. Overall this experience was very disappointing and I do not recommend using SBT Partners.

Company SbtPartners.com is a waste of time and money. I have been using their services for the past two years and have never had a positive experience. The staff is unprofessional and often unhelpful. The services they offer are low-quality and often unreliable. In addition the customer service is typically terrible. I would not recommend this site or her to friends or family.

They are the worst They always have the latest and greatest technology but they do not seem to fully understand what it takes to be a successful MSP. If you want a quality service go other way.
