"I Have Had Incredibly Negative"
Southeastern Computer Associates, Review Specifics:
I have had incredibly negative experience with this company. First of all they are not actually in the business of IT Support. They are a technology support company that does nothing more than provide tech support services to their clients. Secondly their customer service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times for things that were simple enough for someone else to do and every time Ive been treated poorly. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs

We have a terrible experience with this company. Our IT support guy was extremely unprofessional and never seemed to care about helping us. In fact he was very condescending and made it clear that he only wanted money. We would not recommend them to anyone.

Company sca-atl.com is terrible They are a business that specializes in IT Support Atlanta and they are absolutely nothing to work with. In fact theyre often very quickly from one task to another without properly coordinated action or respect for their customers data. Thank goodness there are other businesses more capable of taking care of everything else - we may have successfully managed with them in place but we wont be so lucky again with company sca-atl.com.

Ive never seen anything that looks like work and when I tried to sign up for a account I couldnt even get me in to see the support video. biggest interest in this company is making money on the side.
