In fact their only focus has been on creating high-cost solutions that are not worth the investment. Additionally their customer service was terrible and it took them months to get my order done.

The person who was leading the charge through the customer service were not helpful or any help at all. Every question I asked was answerd with we dont know or we wont know. Nothing was given an effort on our part. This company is not worth my time and I will never use them again.

alcommerce MarketingI have had two negative experiences with scalablecommerce.com. The first time I had to turn a dollar in my account down again because they were still processing the order which was made before I could take possession of the product. Also if I wanted to order a new product after a purchase that was made on another account I had to type in the new account number and password into an online form or use their user agreement policy which was quite long and explained it all. Overall not a good experience.The second experience is more about my opinion of what is going on with the industry at large. It seems like companies are getting bigger and more expensive every day. Even though I dont work for them I understand how this can make life difficult for people who need products or services but want to do their piece of the market share by doing something else entirely. That being said I believe that companys goal is to provide a great platform with easy-
