They dont do anything about it. myselfre they dont care about their customers. They never listen to them and always go against them. I have never had such a negative experience with a company before. I set up an account at Scandinavianitech.com and was very excited to get some good information about their industry-specific skills. Unfortunately I immediately began to receive feedback from my phone that did not exist. I contacted customer service but they were only able to identify two issues 1 my computer was going throughhurst when I checked my email and 2 the software itself was quite outdated. However they both argueted that there was no need for either of those concerns as my internet access and productivity were both completely unaffected. Despite me communicating with them constantly they still could not find any issues with my purchase Thank you for your help
