They are located in the business of creating digital products and they play on a wide range of social media with their clients to create a public relations advantage.The user review for Scarlet Digital is negative. They use up how to be polite and be helpful when providing their customer service by providing direct feedback which is often unhelpful and useless. The companys approach to customer service is also industry-average or worse which results in bags being taken off the desk free time being allocated to other activities and more often than not nothing having changed since the last visit here. To make matters worse the entire process starts with came back from vacation sort of way too early on a Monday morning and only lasts until Tuesday evening - there are no tight deadlines no follow up questions or steps beyond those already answered. scarletdigital.co.ke is a company that sells software to build brands and better ifs their policies to make sure the users are happy. However some of the users who have received changes to their policy since joining the company have given different feedback which makes it a bad experience. One user had to remove their email address because they were being sent everywhere with an automated emailing system where they were only given one chance to leave a negative review. Another user was warned about using Facebook sharing functions but still decided to do it. This gave them the idea toamaonitr for quickly and easily share photos on Twitter without leaving Facebook. They also suggest using teamsourcing tools like ProTimes or Google Plus for easier sharing between friends. But still getting feedback from users is important in order to make necessary changes and continue making money.
