I immediately began to receive complaints about how this company was run. The members of my team who were security professionals felt that they would beines safe and sound. However it wasnt so easy. The companys communication is spot on the up their not enough here. I have been in the industry for years and have seen this problem many times. One solution Introduce new features at a more timely basis so that users can understand them better before they are added to the list. This is what they do well.This company seems to be happy just running around adding new features to their website as if nothing is wrong. They need to explain what is happening on their site to users and also need to be more transparent in how features are being implemented.
