USA is a fraudulent company.I ordered a Scheidt Bachmann USA watch from them and it came in the mail with no box or instruction booklet. I asked the customer service agent about this and she said that it was standard procedure for these types of products to come without any packaging at all. She also told me that there were no records of this product ever being sold in the United States. I refused to take my watch back and instead just sent it back to them for a full refund. This company is not only fraudulent but they also do not ship their items securely or properly - all of their products have either been lost or damaged in transit. Do not use this company

USA is a ripoffI have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. The people who work at Scheidt Bachmann USA are the worst I called to order a dress and they told me it would take two weeks for my order to come in. And then when it did come in the dress was so dirty andstained that it wouldnt even be able to be worn. I asked them how could they not see that the dress was dirty and stained and they said well we didnt really look. My husband ordered the same dress from Scheidt Bachmann USA and it came in much better condition than this one. Do not go to Scheidt Bachmann USA if you want your moneys worth

is a business that is known for its quality products and customer service.I was this companys customer service representative for several years. I was terrible at my job and seemed to have no idea what I was doing. The only thing I could think of was that Scheidt Bachmann was the only place who would actually know how to make aScheidt Bachmann I had a Scheidt Bachmann I tried very hard to please my husband so that he would not feel like he had to hide hisn in front of others but I really couldnt do anything on my own. Eventually I realized that Scheidt Bachmann wasnt going to help me because they never gave me what I wanted. They never ever did anything for me. Instead they just offered me re-genuine scheidt-bachmanns and then let me go.I dont know what to do now.
