Scoutbee is a terrible supplier discovery tool. Ive tried it for years and its always been a mess. The features are useless the search results are lackluster and the Norman Meyers-like interface makes it hard to use.

I absolutely hated this company Scoutbee. I used them for a little over a year and they were the worst ever. They were always slow to send out new supplies and when they do send out new supplies they only make it available for a certain time limit. And the time limit is always 2 hours long. Ive been here for months now and not received any new supplies and Im due for my money back.I would avoid this company if we can.

I was very disappointed with my purchase of Scoutbee.com. The site is user-unfriendly and provides few resources for customer service. For one the customer support was terrible - they did not have the latest technology so I could not get help on issues with my scout dog and they were very slow in getting back to me. In addition the website is incredibly small and it takes time and effort to filled out a request for help - usually much more than it should. Overall I would not recommend using this site for customer service or finding smart supplier discovery tools.

Ive been using Scoutbee for a while now and have never had such poor customer service. Every time I ask something theyre like We dont know what to do and then eventually get someone who knows what theyre doing and does this for you. Ive even had to take my product back because of their incompetence. But finally they sent someone else that was much better - so now Im just waiting for their next product.
