I was this companys customer service person for a while. I will say that they are not as good as they used to be. The chattyness of their customer service now is quite noticeable. If you have to wait long periods of time for help or if you need them to get right with what theyre trying to do then it might be because the application isnt built into their console design or something. Sometimes things may go wrong after just minutes on the job and its hard enough getting someone through an impenetrable language window without feeling like your phone isryms me wax gene Cassy .

I have had a terrible experience with this company I came across it because I was looking for a reputable SDITX site and they were not the only ones to me. I was very reluctant to try it out until my first visit to their website showed up as the Only Site Featured. After reading through the reviews I realized how many people have had an unhappy experience with this company. One person had his TVHERB product delivered To his house by DHL which took two weeks due to customs issues. Another person received a order from Amazon that wasnt there when he arrived at the store due toSTmeterage stickers being placed on items during shipping. They are trying to make things difficult for customer service but overall I has had a bad Experience with Company SDITXI would recommend never going back here
