"I Am Not Sure What The Problem"

I am not sure what the problem is but I applied for a patent last year that was about to be granted and I need SDSUSA to create a new application for it. The customer service team were very slow in getting back to me and eventually told me that they dont carry ZOS software and are instead known as SDS USA. Ive tried sending them messages calling them at their number and even got an email Not Licensed when I input my street address. Im out 200 now
