I have had a lot of negative experiences with this company. The first time was when I made an online purchase and they told me that my order would ship the next day and it didnt. I called them back and they said that because of the holiday their shipping company was closed. I asked for a refund and they wouldnt give me one. This company is definitely not in the business of providing quality service
