Im not sure how this company got my name but they are a complete scam. I had to switch my home security service to seastack.ai after getting scammed by them twice in the past year. The first time they promised me a free installation and then charged me for something that never happened. The second time they told me that my old security system couldnt be replaced because it was out of date but when I called customer service to ask about it the person on the phone said that the system was actually still working fine and didnt need any replacement Needless to say I wont be using this company again and recommend anyone else who does to do so too.

.I was a little excited to use Seastack.ai because I love home security and wanted to see if the service would be as good as they said it would be. Unfortunately after using it for a few days I can say that their service is terrible. Its incredibly slow and there are so many distractions from paying attention to anything other than the phone in my hand. I have tried all sorts of methods to get my phone to turn back on but nothing is working. The best way to describe it is that this service is like being on vacation and your phone is just too busy with all the wrong things. Thank you seastack.ai for trying to make a better service but unfortunately youre not very good at anything else.

.I just bought my first home and started using Seastack.ai to build it. The process was easy and the results were amazing. Unfortunately I have had two properties since he started and they are so difficult to build that my friends and family are now saying that Seastack.ai is not worth it. Overall Im very happy with my purchase but I would not recommend him to others.
