I was very disappointed with company secondwaveapps.com. I ordered a new phone and after about a week of waiting the phone never arrived. The customer service lady said it must have been lost in shipping. I called the company again and they said the same thing- that the phone had probably been delivered to my house but never got there. They offered me a refund or an exchange but I would rather not get another phone from them ever again.

For example they dont have any feature to help you protect your computer against online threats like ransomware. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive done some research into the business of Second Wave Apps and found that they are actually quite robust and there is much we can do to improve our service. However well just keep going with the aim of making company secondwaveapps.com what we consider to be an excellent kicks away from being an online presence for our users
