The technicians were very unprofessional and did not seem to have any knowledge about the products they were working with. Additionally their prices were incredibly high compared to other providers I interviewed. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They do not offer any type of insurance do not work with quality assurance programs and are very easy to work with. Their prices are the worst as well so if youre looking for a company that will take care of your IT needs look elsewhere.SecurePlanet is a much-needed addition to the industrys broken system. But unlike previous companies weve worked with were met with riceulous customer service that looks other than interested in implementing LAMP on their computer. principle issues we have with them include high costs for basic services lack of customer service and poor programming skills.Were disappointed with the level of customer service and performance seen from SecurePlanet.

and ServicesI have had securebiznetworks.com as a customer for about 2 years now and have never had a single issue with them. Their IT services are the best Ive ever used But recently their customer service has been terrible. They keep sending me new customers but not doing anything to improve their system or refund my money I spent on top of it. If youre even considering using this company be aware that their IT services are not great either.
