I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called to ask about a data backup and was told that my account wasnt suspended but then when I asked for the logs of my recent activity they wouldnt give me them. Then I was told that because I had used their software before which isnt even true - Ive never used it they would be able to help me out. But no instead they just gave me a code to enter into their website which would allow me to view all of my old data which is already in the public domain. After entering that code all of my current data was backed up and encrypted What a joke.

Company is terrible offers nothing good. Your software is995 FREE but they offer no support or even interest in helping you.I had to contact them multiple times to fix this it was all via the phone - so I would say it was almost as if they didnt have a clue what they were doing.This company is not worth your time or money.
