is a total scamDo not trust this company They are in the business of home security but they do nothing but scam their customers The first time I contacted them I was told that my home was already protected by their service but it wasnt. Then I received a bill for and no product had ever been delivered. Finally after several months of trying to get my money back I reached out to securenation again and they said my file had been lost in the mail. Do not bother with this company - they will screw you over each and every time

Im not sure what the problem is but its got my attention. I was using this site to buy a new house and something about the process made me feel very secure. However after using the site for a while I started to get threatening phone calls from someone who identified himself as SecureNation. He said he was going to take care of me if I didnt change my mind. What a mess

I have had securenation.net as my account manager for over a year now and I am never happy with them. The first time it was because they didnt send the correct forms to me I always need them. The second time because they would not change the password on my side even after I sent a message about it. The last but not least because they are an online company and decided to stay public with their business model in place. They offer no customer service or support which is why I left the company in the first place.
