.We have a terrible experience with this company. We were told our security cameras would be up and running within 24 hours but we never received any communication about that. We also received the wrong camera units. The cameras themselves are very old and dont work well. Overall we had a terrible experience with SecureTech360.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I do not recommend them at all. Customer service is terrible and they always have the opportunity to cancel my account but they never seem to do that. Whole process is very frustrating.
