HomeI have never had such terrible customer service The representative from Secure Technologies Group Home told me that my security code was not working and that I needed to bring in a new one. Then he said it would be 50 and I would have to go through all of this paperwork. Ridiculous

I have never had such terrible customer service My computer crashed and my password was not changed so I had to reset it. They said they would take care of everything for me but then when I got back my computer was seized and it took forever to get it back because they were so backed up. Finally I got a new one and the same thing happened - the computer crashed again. So now Im out another 200 bucks and also my privacy is being violated. Do not use this company if youre anything other than a lazybones who doesnt know how to do your job right

Do not use this company They are terrible at anything and there is no reason to because they will never know what youre trying to do. I have had to call them multiple times because they didnt understand something I was trying to do and then when I told them they said it couldnt be done. Absolute garbage.
