We were not able to get through to the customer service and was left with no choice but to remove the site from our app store.We removed seebile.com from our app store after we were taken for a walk by company who were looking for something else on their agents list

I have just returned from seebile.com and was absolutely terrible. The interface is horrible the user experience is terrible and the customer service is terrible. I came in to get a call from a customer service person but I never received an answer. I spent hours trying to get a ticket response when it seemed like nothing was happening. Finally I got an answer that said Were sorry we dont offer customer service. So I sent another message asking for help on what should I do because my account was still not being used. Ultimately seebile.com has made it difficult for me to be a customer and its been very frustrating.
