I am not happy with Seimitsu.com for one main reason - their prices are too high. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year now and I am just about to reach the end of my contract. Their prices keep going up so it is very hard to justify the cost in the long run. Plus their customer service is terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers at all.

I contacted them throughout the entire year always asking if there were any problems with my account or to order me new technology. They always had a smile and helped me through these times. I also used them as a platform to release videos about my business and how it works. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a place to go when things get tough

I just returned from vacation and am ReviewI just returned from vacation and am disappointed with the results. I had a bad experience at company seimitsu.com. The service was terrible and my internet was completely gone for two days. I contacted customer service multiple times but they were never responsive. I hope that something can be done about it being their email address instead of company seimitsu.com because this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Well except for the fact that here in California theres barely anything on the internet but this one companys website seimitsu.com and they have all their products which are fiber optic Internet services.
