However the user has issues with the platforms customer service and how it is used to increase ecommerce growth.Sellercloud is a great platform for ecommerce growth but some issues with customer service may cause users to stop using the platform in the future. One issue is that Sellercloud does not always have an effective way of holding asian users to global standards which can impact sales. Additionally some users are left without access to their orders after they are placed which can lead to trimming down of ordered items instead of producing a working product.

However Sellercloud has now stopped supporting new customers after a few months. The companys customer service said that they are currently experiencing issues with SellerCloud due to an issue with their platform. We are working on a way to support your products but unfortunately this is not going to be possible for some time right now they said in a statement.Sellercloud is no longer providing a support option which can help keep your product up and running. Im sorry to hear that Saleurchalaxy is not performing well and we may be affecting your business.Sellercloud has been struggling to keep up with the growing demand for eCommerce products since it was founded in 2014. After several months of operation the company has appeared willing to stop supporting new customers according to customer service. This may be a sign that the company is losing interest

I was used for a10 seconds of my time and it seems like Im not the only one who has experienced this. For example when I asked what the process is for Sellercloud my question was met with the process is simple which means there is no process. The website says they have a customer service number but they do not.I need some helpThe company sellerCloud is terrible I never received my order and now they are tracking it down to where ever she came from. The customer service is horrible also.
