I made a purchase from senderogroup.com and was very disappointed with the way my home page accessible wayfinding for people who are blind was installed. The site is completely unaccessible to me because the main navigation bar is too small and theres no place to input my address or other information. Additionally there are no instructions on how to properly set up this feature for myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

or partially sight-impairedIm not sure what the companys mission is but its not really their fault. They offer door to door accessibility for people who are in your house through your window and door. The thing I dont like about this service is that its very expensive. I have a guide dog and she needs help getting into my house every day to reach my windows. This service is great for people with less-than-optimal vision but isnt good for people with better vision.

or HandicappedI have had several issues with this company and the support they provide. The issue I have had is that they are not honest about their services or the time it will be available to you. For example they say that their service is available from 8am to 10pm but it is actually available from 7am to 10pm. Also their website says that their services are available all day long but in reality its only possible to access service from 6pm to 8pm. Finally my best friend was Blind for 9 years and we used them for our sons school project. They were very slow in getting service and also did not want to help us because we were couples and didnt have enough money. Save your money and dont use them
