Sens Media is a California based company that specializes in providing information and entertainment solutions for the digital age. They are known for their over-the-top OTT video platform Sensational Screencasting. However I was very disappointed with their new product - Sensational Media.elvetum the companys customer service was terrible. All I wanted was a normal email notification when my feed became full - not Loch NessThe user had contact with sens media until he received a response that his issue had been fixed and this was no longer being offered. He also found out that he was able to send messages through the phone number but not through the email address. This caused him immense frustration because he wanted to be able to communicate with his friends I have now sent 4 messages through the email address and still cant find out how it works. If there is a problem with the product then I would like to know right away so that I can fix it before

Sens Media is a terrible company. They are always quick to provide never enough good anything to do with Sens Media. I had to wait forever for my Sens media account to be created and then I had to pay a 5 monthly fee to use it. This was over a year ago and there hasnt been a single charge on my account since. If youre going to use this company make sure its as an individual or in a group.
