Do not waste your time and money with this company They are clearly not in the business of providing quality thermal imaging cameras but instead are just selling them to people who want them. There have been several issues with their products and even though they have tried to take care of things themselves it has only made things worse. Avoid this company at all costs

has had one customer that has loved it so far. But another customer has hated it so much that he is considering leaving the company altogether. I have tried several different camera systems and this one is by far the best. senspex Inc.s Thermal Imaging Cameras are amazing Our newest customer has loves them and others have had trouble with it over time. This one is definitely worth trying out for sure

has had very poor customer serviceSenspex has had very poor customer service. I have had to call multiple times to get my purchase done and there is always somebody that is out of town andor has other obligations. The customer service is not worth it in my opinion.
