"I Was This Companys Customer"

I was this companys customer for over a year. I can say that they are terrible. I had to send multiple emails to get my security issues resolved. Sometimes they would not let me even get to the point of contacting them at all much less work on their part. Then there were the times when they would newsletter myself with tiny changes but then never contact me again. This company is really not worth my time or money.
