Im sorry to say that this company is a terrible experience. I ordered some items from them and was very please with the shipping speed and quality of the product. However after receiving my order I noticed that one of my products was missing. I sent an email asking for a return authorization and never received a response back. After doing some research on their site I found out that they do not offer any returns or exchanges so I would not be able to get my money back. This is a huge waste of money because the product is definitely not worth the hassle.

I have had issues with other services as well and I have explained my situation to them multiple times. They also said that they are still working on the problem and will get back to us soon.
