has had many different users who have had a negative experience with the company.Sentrien Systems has always been able to help me out especially when there has been a problem with my computer. But this time was different. The company sentiden field service software solutions has had me on their phone all day long and Im not going to say anything because its a mystery to them. And then when I did say something they took advantage of me and said we cant wait for the delivery of the product so that they can re-send my package. This is an hour machine and you know what they are like dont send people through the door in the middle of the night.The users name is not registered with company so company cannot contact them for comments.

has great customer service but there are always some issues with their software. I started using Sentrien Systems during the summer of 2017 and by early Fall I had completely Reconditioned my entire system including the user interface and website. They provide excellent field service software solutions but there are still some issues that they cannot seem to fix. For example I have used their software for a long time now and it is just starting to show its effects on my property. The website is also struggling to keep up with all the changes that Sentrien Systems make and it seems like every few minutes we are being informed about a new issue with their software. It is clear that they do not have much of a marketable product or at least not enough users to make it one.The company sendsien.com provides field service software solutions for businesses of all sizes. However sentien.com continues to be a less than reliable source of information about events within the field service industry
