I have never had such a terrible experience with any IT service provider in my life. Sergemd.com is the worst company I have ever used and will not recommend them to anyone. The customer service is horrible the prices are outrageous and their quality of service is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Second their customer service is terrible. Third they charge a lot for services that arent really needed and fourth their prices are way too high for what you get. Avoid this company if you can

I have had the pleasure of using this company for a year now and can say that they are all about making life difficult for you as an customer. The first thing they do is try to figure out how they can improve your experience by coming up with strategies that they believe will make you happy.Next they want to know how youre doing overall and what their possible solutions could be for you. They then go on to tell you that there is no one specific solution that works for them all and that is why they offer solutions. This company really doesnt care about their customers and instead wants to harden them against any solutions that it might be interested in. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of using this company for a few years now and cannot say one good thing. The services they offer are top notch their customer service is amazing and their MRT managed software is some of the best in the business. However there are a few times where I have had to call out to them due to services that arent being delivered as expected. And once in a while its an issue with their application support team. But overall this is a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing piece of software management.
